Customer notice: Castle Car Park is currently closed while maintenance works are carried out. Customers can still use Barns Road Car Park, which remains open as usual. Permit holders can also use their paid permit in Barns Road Car Park during this time.

Templars Square offers hundreds of safe and secure parking spots from £1.90 for two hours and £5.50 all day.

Our car parks accept both coins and credit cards at the machines.

We have 3 Parent and Toddler spaces which are located in the Barns Road Car Park on the first floor.

We have disabled bays in both car parks;

Barns Road Car Park is located on the level one there are six disabled spaces near the lifts and two disabled spaces on the third level again near the lifts.

They are easily accessible from all directions, Barns Road car park is open from 7.00am to 6.00pm. The car parks are safe and secure, regularly patrolled by security and externally monitored by CCTV.

You can also park under cover and enter the shopping centre without needing to step outside. The shopping centre also offers a free Shop Mobility service just inside the Hockmore Street entrance.

(Please note the Knights Car Park is currently closed pending a future refurbishment, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.)

Shopmobility at Templars Square is a scheme which lends manual wheelchairs and powered scooters to members of the public with limited mobility to shop and to visit our shopping centre.

Shopmobility is free to join and we don’t charge you for using the equipment. They are available from outside the Management Office on the Hockmore Street entrance.

You need to download and complete this Shopmobility Registration form and you will receive a membership card which you can bring to the office when you want to use a scooter.

We have several types to choose from and offer free guidance if you not familiar with them. The only stipulation is that you don’t leave the centre with them. They are available whenever the centre is open.

What are Amazon Lockers?

Amazon Locker provides you with a self-service delivery location to pick up your Amazon.co.uk parcels. Lockers are currently available in a variety of locations throughout the UK – and Templars Square is one of them!

Our Amazon Locker “Dolce” is conveniently located between Towns Road entrance, opposite the public toilets and internal entrance to Wetherspoons.

• Please always keep dogs on their lead.
• Only a maximum of 2 dogs per customer.
• Do not leave dogs unattended or unsupervised at any time.
• Dogs causing a nuisance by barking, jumping up at, or pestering other visitors will be asked to leave.
• Please clean up after your dog(s) as you would in public.
• Some stores at Templars Square will have their own policy on dogs entering, so please do check prior to entering each store.
• The stores listed on this page have confirmed with Templars Square Management that they will allow well-behaved dogs inside their premises.
