Sustainability at Templar Square

Shopping Centres, as with all business buildings and operations can have a large impact on the environment.

However Templar’s Square is committed to reducing the impact the shopping centre has on the environment through a number of investments we have made over the years and we will continue to evolve the centre’s green practices. Templars Square has a number of initiatives in place to minimise the impact the shopping centre has on the environment, these include;

• Conversion of our lighting to energy efficient LED throughout the malls.
• All our mall waste is taken to a MRF facility and is either recycled or converted from waste to energy.
• Water saving devices in all our customer toilet facilities.
• Efficient & smart  controls of our heating & cooling in the malls.
