COVID-19 Public Notice Update 19/07/2021

The government has announced that national COVID restrictions are due to end on 19th July 2021, but we know that COVID will not end on this date. We will continue to operate in a cautious and safe way at our centre to help protect both our customers and our staff, and we will therefore operate with the following recommendations from 19th July 2021, in addition to any Government guidelines. We will recommend that face coverings continue to be worn, but this will not be statutory. It will be personal choice whether one wants to wear a face covering. We will also retain access to the hand sanitisers for visitors to use.

We hope you will support us and help keep our centre a safe place to shop and socialise.

Our top priority is to provide a safe and secure shopping environment for our shoppers and retailers. We continue to work hard with our retailers to deliver this.

We will continue implementing additional health and safety measures to create a COVID-19 approved environment including the distribution of PPE to centre staff and the retention of the additional signage.

We are also pleased to confirm that all our toilet facilities will be open as normal between the hours of 8.30am – 5.30pm. Both the disabled & baby changing facilities will be open as normal too.

Both our car parks will be available where normal charging applies.

We appreciate that your shopping experience is different to the one you enjoyed pre-COVID but please work with us and help support each other and ensure everyone can go about their shopping needs safely and efficiently.
