#PurpleTuesday is about creating step change improvements in the awareness of the values and needs of our disabled customers. It is about making the customer experience accessible. A disability is not always visible.
This year we would like to remind our customers, friends and families what we have in place to make your shopping experience better;
- Mobility scooters and wheelchairs readily available.
- Disabled toilet facilities.
- A team mental health first aider on site.
- Staff training in such areas as dementia friends.
- A quiet hour every Thursday between 10am and 11am.
