A unique collection of Minis will be back on display here in the centre between 10th and 17th February!
The Mini has a strong link to the Cowley car factory, where 600,000 of the classic cars were manufactured between 1959 and 1968, before production was moved to Longbridge. The first Mini to be built at Cowley was on 8th May 1959 and is now in the British Motor Museum.
Since manufacture of the car returned to Cowley 17 years ago, a staggering 3 million modern MINIS have been produced there!
Many of the cars are owned by local people, who will be on hand to talk about the history of their individual models.
